Customer Support Expert
Responsabilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Verify insurance and demographic/data
- Handle scheduling tasks
- Perform data entry operations
- Send and receive documents via fax and email.
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner.
- Communicate with external organizations via phone, email, and fax
- Collect all documents from patients/ caregivers.
- Follow up on patients/ caregivers and assist them with questions they might have.
- Schedule caregiver calendar and check clock in/ clock out on software.
