Customer Support Expert

Responsabilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Verify insurance and demographic/data
  • Handle scheduling tasks
  • Perform data entry operations
  • Send and receive documents via fax and email.
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner.
  • Communicate with external organizations via phone, email, and fax
  • Collect all documents from patients/ caregivers.
  • Follow up on patients/ caregivers and assist them with questions they might have.
  • Schedule caregiver calendar and check clock in/ clock out on software.
